Dancers Jacquelyne Boe & David Janesko collaborate in this performance to bring you a new dance work formed from their compiled five consecutive live streams. There will be a creative chat before the performance with Claire Williamson, SPA’s Director of Education & Community Engagement and Boe & Janesko.
According to SPA Houston’s website “Boe and Janesko have an ongoing collaboration as part of their 2019 to 2021 residency at the Lawndale Art Center in Houston, Texas. Boe is Houston based professional choreographer, dancer, and educator interested in collaboration and experimentation.
Janesko is an artist exploring the emergence of complexity using an experimental approach that encompasses a wide array of mediums, technology and subject matter. Together they are exploring movement and drawing through sets of rule-based actions in multiple media types.”

Also known for his work in the movies Honey, Dreamgirls and Save the Last Dance. This dance workshop also features a talkback on industry insight, tips, and critiques. It is InFullAffect’s desire to provide Houston dancers and aspiring artist the knowledge of what directors and casting agents look for in a dancer when it comes to quality of movement, information, and professionalism.
